Green River Motel Management is headed by its President, Bhaskar "Bob" H. Desai. Bob has over 26 Years in the Hospitality Industry. Bob, along with his partner Dr. Kishor Vora have successfully constructed & operated six new Hotels with total of over 357 rooms under management with leading brands like Holiday Inn, Days Inn, Motel 6, and Comfort Suites. Bob has served on the Boards of the Kentucky Hotel & Motel Association, (Past President) ,International Association of Holiday Inns (Past IAHI Eastern Regional Director.), AHLA and Human Relations Board of Owensboro, Ky. and is a well respected and leading businessman in Kentucky.
Kishor Vora MD FACC, Chairman and CEO
Dr. Vora received his medical degree from the University of Bombay, India. Being born in one of the well known Indian business community, Dr. Vora started the Hotel business in 1997 along with his partner Bob Desai.
Nilesh Sangoi - CHA, CHO, CPA,
Nilesh is controller consultant for Green River Motel Management. He has 17 years of experience in business management.
Richard P. Klaus -CHA, VP and Regional Director
Richard P. "Dick" Klaus is Green River Motel Management's Regional Director. Dick has over 30 Years of experience in the Hospitality industry with Holiday Inn and other National Hotel Brands.
Director of Sales:
Started her Career as Front Desk Clerk. She worked for Hotel management & Telemarketing Company. She is Director of sales responsible for Marketing Strategy & Development of new Business. She has more than 12 years experience.

Jerry Feldpausch : Director of Maintenance & Security.
Tammy G. Lively - Office Manager
Tammy started in the Hotel Industry 13 years ago as front desk clerk and worked up to the General Manager position at the Holiday Inn - Owensboro. In April 2001, she moved to the Corporate Office at 3032 Alvey Park Dr W #6 ,Owensboro ,KY 42303 (Tel : 270 691 6232,Fax 270 691 6096 )to assist day to day management.
